How to use the Time Zone Converter

Choose a source time zone by typing a city name, country, or IANA timezone (e.g. America/New_York). Pick a date and time in 12-hour or 24-hour format. Add one or more destination time zones to see the same moment in other parts of the world.

Use Use Current Time to fill in your local date and time automatically. The Swap button exchanges the source with the first destination. All conversions respect daylight saving time (DST) and odd offsets (e.g. India UTC+5:30, Nepal UTC+5:45).

Time zone accuracy

We use IANA time zone identifiers and your browser’s date/time engine, so conversions are accurate for past and future dates, including DST transitions and zones with 30- or 45-minute offsets.
